Publishing Destinations offer the ability to publish release data for an Item Revision directly from the Altium Vault or Output Job to a storage space. This dialog provides controls to connect a Box.com account to Altium Designer in order to use the Box.com storage space as a publishing destination.

This dialog is accessed from the Data Management - Publishing Destinations page of the Preferences dialog by clicking the Add Destination button then selecting Box.com from the drop-down menu.

Name

• Name - enter a meaningful name for the publishing destination.

Box.com Account

• Activate - click to open the Activate Box.com Account dialog and enter your Box.com credentials.
• Edit Activation Key - click this button to open the Box.com Activation Key dialog and enter or edit the Box.com activation key.

Location Copy Link Copied

• Folder - click  then select a folder within the Box.com storage space in which to save published data. Box.com credentials must be verified before selecting a folder.

Options

• Zip Contents - check this option to publish data in a compressed format.
  • Use Password - check this option to require a password to extract content from the compressed file. Enter the desired password in the text field below this option.
