Updates to the Real-time Usage Report, Link to Support Tickets (Update - 15 January 2024)

Real-time Usage Report Enhancements

The real-time license usage report has been updated:

  • Added statistics for the current utilization of license seats (licenses currently in use are only considered). The statistics also make it easier to understand if the same user took multiple seats (when the Used seats number is greater than the Users working now number, as shown in the image below).

  • The control to force-release a seat in use is more apparent now. When the license entry is expanded, hover the cursor over a user entry to show the  button.

Link to Support Tickets

The Support Tickets link that opens the My Tickets page of the Support Center has been added to the Company Dashboard's left menu.

On this page, Group Administrators can see all support tickets submitted by users within the company. Licenses Administrators can see only support tickets submitted by themselves.
