Tools Tab Commands Specific to the PCB Editor UI in CircuitMaker

The regions and commands (highlighted in the image below) that are specific to a PCB document on the Tools tab are described below.

Netlist

The Netlist region includes commands related to nets, such as Edit Nets and Configure Physical Nets.

Measure

The Measure region includes commands to measure the distance between primitives.

Autoroute

The Autoroute region includes commands related to autorouting and fanouts.

PCB Links

The PCB Links region includes the Component Links command, which opens the Edit Component Links dialog.

Pin/Part Swapping

The Pin/Part Swapping command opens the Configure Swapping Information In Components dialog in which you can configure pin swapping. The drop-down includes commands for interactive pin/part swapping.
