Scripting Language Support in Altium NEXUS

This documentation page references Altium NEXUS/NEXUS Client (part of the deployed NEXUS solution), which has been discontinued. Scripts can be written for Altium NEXUS in several script languages. Note that the primary language and the most referred to in the Scripting documentation is DelphiScript — this is closely related to Embarcadero Delphi™.

The default scripting language is set to DelphiScript. For legacy scripting languages, such as VBScript and JavaScript (Jscript), you must enable
Legacy.Scripts.SupportOldLanguages
in the
Advanced Settings dialog. Note that only existing JavaScripts can be opened, as it is no longer supported for creation.
