Example Usage
Object_DesignatorLocked(Parent) = 'True'
Returns all child objects of part objects whose Lock Designator property is enabled.
Object_DesignatorLocked(Parent) = 'False'
Returns all child objects of part objects whose Lock Designator property is disabled.
