Summary

This command is used to access the X Axis Settings dialog, from where you can define properties for the selected X-axis.

Access

This command can be accessed from the SimData Editor in the following ways:

• Choose the Plot » Format X Axis command from the main menus.
• Right-click on the X Axis then choose the Format Axis command from the context menu.

Use

If multiple plots exist on the current chart, first ensure that the plot you want to format the X axis for is selected (by clicking on it).

After launching the command, the X Axis Settings dialog opens in which you can define a label and units for the axis, as well as set up the scaling and grid type as required.
