The Create Project dialog is used to create a new project during the import process.

Access Copy Link Copied

The dialog is accessed by clicking Menu » Create Project on the following pages of the Import Wizard (File » Import Wizard):

  • Current PCB and PCB Library Options page while configuring import of PADS ASCII files.
  • Output PCB Projects page while configuring import of CircuitMaker 2000 files, P-CAD files, OrCAD design files, OrCAD and PADS designs and libraries files, and OrCAD CIS configuration files and libraries.
The dialog is also accessed by right-clicking in the Projects region of the above listed pages.

  • Project Name - enter the desired new project name.
