Summary

This command is used to access the X Axis Settings dialog, from where you can define properties for the selected X-axis.

Access

This command can be accessed from the SimData Editor by:

• Choosing the Plot » Format X Axis command from the main menus.
• Right-clicking on the X Axis and choosing the Format Axis command from the context menu.

Use

If multiple plots exist on the current chart, first ensure that the plot you wish to format the X axis for is selected (by clicking on it).

After launching the command, the X Axis Settings dialog appears. Use the dialog to define a label and units for the axis, and also to set up the scaling and grid type as required.
