DeleteChart

Summary

This command is used to delete the active chart from the Waveform Analysis window.

Access

This command can be accessed from the SimData Editor by:

• Choosing the Chart » Delete Chart command from the main menus.
• Clicking the  button on the SimView toolbar.
• Right-clicking on the chart's tab (at the bottom of the Waveform Analysis window) and choosing the Delete Chart command from the context menu.

Use

First, ensure that the chart you wish to delete is made active in the Waveform Analysis window. This is achieved by clicking on its corresponding tab at the bottom of the window.

After launching the command, a confirmation dialog will appear asking if you wish to proceed with the deletion. After clicking Yes, the chart will be deleted from the Waveform Analysis window.

Tips

1. If using the Delete Chart command on the chart tab's right-click context menu, the chart will be directly deleted, without any confirmation dialog.
