Summary

This command is used to add a new wave plot to the active chart in the Waveform Analysis window.

Access

This command can be accessed from the SimData Editor in the following ways:

• Choose Plot » New Plot from the main menus.
• Right-click within the active chart (away from Y-axis and waveform names) and choose the Add Plot command from the context menu.

Use

After launching the command, the Plot Wizard will open. The Wizard guides you through the steps required to create a wave plot. You can give the plot a name, define the appearance of the plot, and populate the plot with one or more waveforms. After clicking Finish, the new wave plot will be inserted after the last wave plot in the chart.
