The Search For Users dialog.
Summary
The Search For Users dialog allows designers to search the Vault interface for users in order to give permissions to certain users for certain folders or items.
Access
From the Permissions For Folder dialog, click the Add User link at the bottom-left of the dialog.
Options/Controls
- User Name - Type in the target user name for the search. You can search for users based on their full name or Vault username.
- Search - Click this button to run the search.
- Full Name/User Name - Results matching the search terms are shown here.
