Retain License

The Retain License dialog

The Retain License dialog allows you to enter a specific amount of time to retain a seat of an On Demand License. You do not need to remain signed in to your account to use the license in this mode – you can sign out and work offline, in essence, roaming freely with your license seat.

To access this dialog, select Licenses from the drop-down menu in the upper-right hand corner of the workspace, then click

- How long do you want to retain this license for? - enter the number of days and/or hours or use the up/down arrows until the desired number(s) appears.
