Summary
This command is used to delete the history of selected documents in the Storage Manager panel.
Access
This command can be accesed in the following ways:
- From the Storage Manager panel, select an entry in the Timeline region (Combined view), right-click and choose Purge History from the context menu.
- From the Storage Manager panel, select an entry in the Local History region (Classic view), right-click and choose Purge History from the context menu.
Use
After running this command, a Confirm dialog appears. Users can elect to purge all versions, versions older than a specified number of days, or versions older than a specified date. Labelled versions are protected by default, but users can choose to override this. After specifying what versions are to be deleted, click OK and the relevant history will be deleted from the Storage Manager panel and the relevant repository.
