Toggle Component Designator Display (Context Sensitive)
Applied Parameters: Object=Designator|ContextObject=Component
Summary
This command is used to toggle the display of the designator - between not hidden and hidden - for the component under the cursor.
Access
This command is accessed from the PCB Editor by right-clicking over a placed component in the workspace then choosing the Component Actions » Hide Designator command (if the designator is currently shown), or the Component Actions » Show Designator command (if the designator is currently hidden) from the context menu.
Use
After launching the command, the component's designator will either be hidden or made visible depending on whether it is currently visible or not.
