Applied Parameters: Index=n (where n is in the range 0-15)
Summary
This feature is used to choose the desired feature (Printed Electronics, Rigid/Flex, and Back Drills).
Access
This command can be accessed from the Layer Stack Manager in the following ways:
- Choose Tools » Features from the main menus then select the desired feature. Choices are Printed Electronics, Rigid/Flex, and Back Drills.
- Use the Features drop-down in the upper-right of the Layer Stack Manager then select the desired feature. Choices are Printed Electronics, Rigid/Flex, and Back Drills.
Use
After launching the command, the chosen feature will be enabled. When Printed Electronics is selected, all dielectric layers are removed from the layer stack currently displayed in the Layer Stack Manager. When Rigid/Flex is selected, substack name buttons appear at the top of the Layer Stack Manager. When Back Drills is selected, the Back Drills tab is used to define the layer-spans that are required to be back drilled, when there is a pad or via stub present.
