Formatting Text Documents in CircuitMaker

The following elements can be found in the Home | Formatting grouping of the Text Editor.
- Indent - use this command to indent selected text.
- Unindent - use this command to completely remove indentation for the selected text.
- Change Case - use the drop-down menu to choose the desired case-changing action:
- Selection to Upper Case - use this command to change all selected text from lower to UPPER case.
- Selection to Lower Case - use this command to change all selected text from UPPER to lower case.
- Capitalize Selection - use this command to quickly capitalize the first letter of each distinct word in the currently selected text.
- Word to Upper Case - use this command to change the case of a word to be UPPER case. Simply position the text cursor at the beginning, end, or anywhere within, the word whose case you wish to change and launch the command.
- Word to Lower Case - use this command to change the case of a word to be lower case. Simply position the text cursor at the beginning, end, or anywhere within, the word whose case you wish to change and launch the command.
- Capitalize Word - use this command to quickly capitalize the first letter of a word. Simply position the text cursor at the beginning, end, or anywhere within, the word that you wish to capitalize and launch the command. The word will have its initial letter raised to uppercase.
- Word Wrap - use the drop-down to choose the desired word wrapping function:
- None - use this command to turn word wrapping off in the current text document. With word wrapping disabled, lines of text can become extremely long. To make the document more readable, either enable word wrapping or manually insert carriage returns.
- At Margin - use this command to wrap lines of text at the right-hand margin in the current text document.
- At Window - use this command to wrap lines of text at the right-hand edge of the display window in the current text document.
