The Naming Template Settings dialogThe Naming Template Settings dialog

Summary

The Naming Template Settings dialog provides controls to change naming schemes in a project to be released, if desired.

For detailed information regarding the release process, see Working with the Project Releaser.

Access

The dialog is accessed by clicking Settings on the Item Naming tab in the Project Release Options dialog.

Options/Controls

The default naming schemes appear for each data item that can be generated with the release. If desired, enter the new naming scheme for each listed data item. 

Item naming templates can be changed at any time during the first stage of the Release view when configuring the data that is to be released into the target server. After data has been generated for a particular data set and uploaded to the server, the associated naming cannot be changed.
