UVic Rocketry

The UVic Rocketry Team is a student-led group at the University of Victoria that designs and builds competitive sounding rockets. The team earned 3rd place at the 2016 Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition (IREC), launching a 10 pound (4.54 kg) payload to 11,702 feet (3.57 km) above ground level. Preparations are underway to compete at IREC 2017 at the Spaceport America Cup.
