Free Altium 365 and the OSP
Anybody can use Free Altium 365 with an unlimited number of workspace members.
Then, it's limited to 10GB of cloud storage space.
If you need unlimited storage space, we have the Organizational Security Package. It also enables additional features in the workspace and is needed to add apps.
OSP is a paid feature and purchased for a certain number of workspace members:

Workspace member
These are full-access users. They can access all items/data shared with them either individually, to their Group or to “all workspace members.”
Workspace members can also have access to the apps.
A workspace member will have the best connected experience, and this access needs an OSP seat.
Guest
The Guest access is also called “single project guest” / “outside the workspace sharing”.
These are users that can be added/removed on a project-by-project basis as individuals only.
They can be added by entering their email address and giving View or Edit rights in the “share project” dialog.
Additionally, some advanced sharing rights apply to these guests:
The invited Guest can find the project(s) shared with him/her in the personal space > shared with me.
Additionally, if the guest has edit or download rights, he/she can open it in Altium Designer using File > Open Project > “shared with me”.
Guest View
A Guest user does not have full access to all the project features in the Altium 365 workspace.
A Guest can access the projects latest WIP data, and look at the schematics, PCB, BOM and draftsman files and also use the comments and Tasks (pro)
The Guest can also see the releases and use the Assembly assistant.
The Guest account does not have access to the History timeline view and the “simulation” data.
Guest users are also visible in the Workspace Members > Guests view:
But you cannot add / remove Guests here, this can only be done in the individual Project share dialog.
Share to Organization
The third sharing method is sharing to Organization.
In the Project share dialog there is an option to “share to organization”:
This will give all users that are in your Altium live company account “can view” access to this project.
The access they will have is similar to the Guest access.
