KB: Components not shown in MCAD Fusion 360 Personal

When you perform a Push from ECAD in CoDesigner, you are not pushing the PCB file to the Altium Workspace, you are pushing a special ECAD-to-MCAD data package. This package includes the PCB data, layer geometry, and the component 3D models in the Parasolid format. The Fusion 360 Personal license does not allow working with the Parasolid format, thus there is no way to work with CoDesigner using that license.
