[なぜ] A365ワークスペースで管理されているアイテムの名前や説明を編集する
[何を] A365ワークスペースで管理されているアイテム（コンポーネントやテンプレートなど）にエクスプローラーパネルで右クリックし「プロパティ...」を選択すると、ポップアップダイアログが表示されます。ここでのタイトルと説明フィールドは、アイテムがバージョン管理で既にリリースされているため、読み取り専用になっています。これらを変更するには、別のリリースを通じて行う必要があります。
[方法] 右クリックして「編集...」を選択し、必要な変更を行い、サーバーに保存（Ctrl+Alt+S）
Solution Details
It is not possible to directly modify the properties of the server item itself. This means that the user will need to directly edit a revision, usually the latest, and create the latest revision with the changes to the Name and Description upon release. From the Explorer panel, right-click on the revision and choose the Edit command from the context menu. The editor of the respective server item being edited will be opened. Make any changes to the object as required, then execute a Save to Server command (shortcut: Ctrl+Alt+S).Reference link:

When saving the revision, the Edit Revision dialog will appear for Components, and Create Revision dialog will appear for Templates. Both behave the same way, allowing the user to add release notes and modify the name and description of the server item's revision being released to the server.
