The following pre-packaged resources, derived from this base command, are available:
Release Managed Project
Applied Parameters: ObjectKind=ProjectRelease|Index=n|Source=Menu (where n is in the range 0-20)
Summary
This command is used to release the active/focused Workspace project to your Workspace using the Project Releaser and publish to an integrated PLM instance as an additional stage based on a chosen publish-to-PLM type process that is defined and activated as part of the Project Activities theme.
Access
The indexed commands are accessed in the following ways:
- From the Project » Project Releaser sub-menu for the active project.
- From the Project Releaser context sub-menu, accessed by right-clicking on the entry for the Workspace project in the Projects panel.
If no active Publish to PLM type process definitions are available for the Project Activities process theme in your active Workspace, the sub-menus will not be visible.
Use
After launching the command, you will be presented with the Release view from where you can configure and release the required data packages to your Workspace. The Publish to PLM stage is performed after the standard project release.
