Example Usage
OnBottomSilkscreen
OnBottomSilkscreen = True
Returns all objects on the Bottom Overlay layer.
Not OnBottomSilkscreen
OnBottomSilkscreen = False
Returns all objects except objects on the Bottom Overlay layer.
