Summary
The Differential Pair dialog allows designers to define differential pairs for PCB tracks.
Access
In the PCB panel, select the Differential Pairs Editor mode. Double-click on an existing differential pair or click Add or Edit to access the dialog.
Options/Controls
- Positive Net - Shows the positive (+) net in the current differential pair. Differential pairs use a naming convention that requires the relevant nets to use a common prefix, followed by a consistent positive/negative suffix, e.g.,

. Click the arrow to view and select a net. Click in the field to edit the net name and add your positive suffix. - Negative Net - Shows the negative (-) net in the current differential pair. Differential pairs use a naming convention that requires the relevant nets use a common prefix, followed by a consistent positive/negative suffix, e.g.,

. Click the arrow to view and select a net. Click in the field to edit the net name and add your negative suffix. - Name - Shows the current name for this differential pair. Edit this field to create or modify the name.
