更新错误：This application requires Windows hotfix KB3140245

我最多可以加载到20.1.12，继续更新将显示错误。我运行了修补程序，但是仍然收到错误消息。通过错误消息打开一个Microsoft窗口，运行修复程序，但是操作过后仍然无法正常工作。当我尝试手动安装时，显示消息：“The update is not applicable to your computer”。我使用的是Widows 7专业版64位计算机。
