Solution Details
Students can apply for a free Altium Designer online curriculum and student license via the Altium Education program. This is a fully functional license to use our current version, of Altium Designer which is renewable every year as long as you are a student.
Your e-mail must be associated with your university domain. (For example .edu or .ch) The direct link to enroll in the Altium Education curriculum and free student license is here:

It might take a day or two to get a response after you fill out the form on the website. Your school's domain may not be approved by our automated system (if it doesn't end in .edu for example.) If this is your case, or if you still haven't received any communication, contact us describing your issue here:
