[Why] Edit Name or Description of items managed in A365 workspace
[What] A popup dialog is presented with Right-click 'Properities...' on an item managed in A365 workspace in Explorer panel such as component and template. Title and Description fields here are read-only as the item has been already released in the version control. To modify them, you will need to go through another release.
[How] Right-click and 'Edit..., make necessary changes, and Save to Server (Ctrl+Alt+S)
Solution Details
It is not possible to directly modify the properties of the server item itself. This means that the user will need to directly edit a revision, usually the latest, and create the latest revision with the changes to the Name and Description upon release. From the Explorer panel, right-click on the revision and choose the Edit command from the context menu. The editor of the respective server item being edited will be opened. Make any changes to the object as required, then execute a Save to Server command (shortcut: Ctrl+Alt+S).Reference link:

When saving the revision, the Edit Revision dialog will appear for Components, and Create Revision dialog will appear for Templates. Both behave the same way, allowing the user to add release notes and modify the name and description of the server item's revision being released to the server.
