Sam Weiss joined the Altium board on 1st January 2007 and is a highly regarded corporate advisor with extensive board experience. Carl Rooke joined the Board of the Company in 1990 as a Non-executive Director and was appointed Chairman in 1999. Carl is a former Chairman of Horwath Australia and currently holds the position of Executive Director of Horwath Tas Pty Ltd. Carl is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Company Directors and brings to the Company a history of successful business practice with many years of proven experience in management, accounting and finance. |

Kayvan Oboudiyat has been an Altium Director since 1997. Originally Kayvan was appointed Managing Director, becoming CEO in 1999 and Joint CEO in July 2001. More recently Kayvan has been appointed to the new role of Executive Vice Chairman. Kayvan has played a key role in driving the company's aggressive acquisition strategy with an active involvement in the ongoing development of new business opportunities. Prior to joining Altium, Mr Oboudiyat spent 11 years with Telstra, including three years as a senior executive in the International Business Unit. |

Non-Executive Director David Warren has served as a member of Altium's Board since 1991. David worked in electronics related research and electronic applications development for several years prior to joining Altium's management team in 1987. David served as President of Altium's USA operation from 1994-1995. Since 1995 he has worked in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, sales and corporate development prior to becoming a Non-Executive board member in 2004. He was awarded the degree Doctor of Science Honoris Causa by the University of Tasmania in December 2008. |

Bill Bartee was appointed to the Company board as a Non-executive Director in 1999. Bill has 16 years experience working with emerging growth technology companies in US venture capital and private equity industries. He is a former Investment Director for Macquarie Technology Ventures and former CEO of Mantara, a messaging software company. Bill currently holds the position of Managing Director of Globalview Technology Ventures, LLC. |

Richard Leon joined Altium in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. Richard is a chartered accountant and has spent over ten years working as the Asia Pacific regional Finance Director for the US listed organization MRO Software, a leading provider of asset and service management software and consulting and now an IBM company. At Altium Richard is responsible for leading the company’s global finance function and executing effective cost management strategies in accordance with Altium’s financial model. |

Anand Shankaran was appointed in 2007 as Chief People Officer for Altium worldwide. Anand has over 20 years experience in HR leadership roles with well-renowned corporate brands including HP and Apple. Anand’s most recent position was as HR Director - Asia Pacific & Japan at Hewlett Packard Company and prior to that Chief Executive Officer & HR Director at Apple PTC. Anand is a sought after speaker for industry events for topics including leadership development and strategic talent management. Anand holds a Master’s degree in International Business; he is a fellow of both the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and the Institute of Commercial Management. |

Alan Perkins joined Altium in January 2001 and is responsible for Altium's global business systems and infrastructure. Alan has over 20 years' experience in systems analysis and design and is a sought after industry speaker on how businesses can utilize cloud computing for improved success. Alan recently took an 18 month sabbatical where he consulted widely on system development for a number of companies including Qantas. Alan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. |

Frank is responsible for Altium's global marketing presence. He has more than 20 years' management experience in electronics, IT, and related marketing companies. Frank studied Electrical Engineering at university but left before graduating to follow the call of entrepreneurship. Through Frank’s career he has founded a number of companies, one of which - Hoschar AG - became the leading distributor of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools in Germany. Frank joined Altium in 2002 when Altium acquired Hoschar AG's EDA business. |

Gerry Gaffney joined Altium in 2007 to strengthen worldwide leadership and accelerate business growth. Prior to joining Altium, he was Group Sales Director of Enterprise Sales, Regional Sales Director for Northern Europe and Nordic Regions for Cadence Design Systems for eleven years. Additionally, he was with EDS in the United Kingdom which included roles in senior management and director level sales, corporate account management and outsourcing business management. |

Martin Harris joined Altium in 2009 as Vice President - EMEA. Martin has more than 24 years’ experience in the technology sector. Before Altium, he worked in regional director and managing director roles with Autodesk in Asia, as Sales Director with PROCAM Systems Austria, Channel Director at MacFuture Technology RSA, and at Schlumberger Technologies. Most recently, he was with Machine Relationship Management GmbH (MRM) as Chief Sales Officer. |

Roger joins us from the MAXIMO Business Unit of Tivoli Software, part of IBM. Roger joined MRO Software, the company behind the MAXIMO assets management software, in May 1998, became its general manager in Greater China in 1999, and moved with the company to IBM when the latter acquired MRO Software two years ago. He started his career with MRO Software in Sydney before moving back to Shanghai in December 1999. Following IBM's acquisition, Roger has exceeded revenue targets, kept the team intact, and won support to expand the MAXIMO business as part of IBM's global "Smart Planet" strategy. Earlier in his career, Roger worked with Macquarie Research Limited in Sydney, and was with System Software Associates (SSA) in China for nearly four years. Roger has an M.Sc. in Information Systems from the Shanghai Institute of Mechanical Engineering, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from East China Normal University. |
